Assist with preparing camp, including organizing supplies, coordinating childcare licensing requirements, and general office tasks. When needed, help with engaging students in lessons.

Manage daily program operations, including site paperwork, serve as a point of contact for vendors and parents, work with staff to develop and implement exciting curriculum and lesson plans, and ensure a safe and welcoming learning environment for all students.

Work with children to explore, wonder, and learn about science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics in age-appropriate activities and lessons. Work to ensure children are engaged in activities and having fun while providing appropriate discipline and a safe/clean learning environment.  

Assist teachers in engaging students with daily projects using positive, playful energy to keep students involved and redirect student interest when needed, with guidance from teachers or site supervisor, organize and prepare supplies for lessons, and serve meals.

New for 2024, Spark will have a “Camp Crew” program for students who have completed 6th – 10th grade. Camp Crew students will learn alongside elementary students while sharing their STEAM knowledge, helping teachers, and providing an extra set of hands. The application window for the 2024 Camp Crew Program has closed.
